Building setback
The positioning of your house on your block must be in accordance with the specified Building Setback Plan.
Two-storey housing is required on selected blocks (refer to your Building Setback Plan).

Streetfront appearance
Variations of housing styles are encouraged with an emphasis on street front design quality.
Contemporary and traditional building styles are encouraged through the consistent use of front verandahs/porches/porticos, increased roof pitches and ceiling heights, decorative front fences/gates, sensitively located garages and varying street facades.
Standard aluminium sliding windows are not permitted on the front elevation. Substantial window profiles are required and should be further enhanced by feature brickwork, rendered bands, mouldings or other detail.
Homes constructed on corner blocks, park front, lake front and dual street front blocks must be designed to address both frontages through the use of wrap around verandahs, feature windows, detailing etc. that match the front elevation.
Services (meterboxes etc) are not permitted on front elevations or secondary frontages unless there is a build to boundary in which case the meterbox must match the brick colour.
On any elevation visible from public areas, lightweight FRC materials must not be used above windows or doors unless integral with the architectural style of the home.

Build to boundary
Parapet walls on the build to boundary side will not be permitted.
Wall setback, gutter and fencing details on the build to boundary side are to be in accordance with the diagram below.
Where a build to boundary line is shown on the Building Setback Plan, the home should be built abutting that boundary
Box gutters will be considered on architectural merit
