Stage 2 Opening Spring 2009
Residents will soon have an even wider choice of shopping and dining with the expansion of Caroline Springs Square now underway. The existing 6,000m2 centre is set to triple in size, reaching approximately 65 stores and 19,000m2. The expansion of this already vibrant hub will include the introduction of ALDI, Target, 1st Choice Liquor Superstore and over 40 speciality stores. This is significant milestone for the Caroline Springs community and is the culmination of three years of intensive research and planning. Construction is underway with completion of the development expected in Spring 2009.

At Caroline Springs Central IGA, Priceline, Re-Creation Health Club, Westpac Bank, Nando’s, Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse and Subway, have already opened their doors at the state-of-the-art centre within the Caroline Springs Town Centre. The centre also has more than 350 free undercover car spaces. The Brookside Centre also offers a small range of store choices.
